Anthony Amber

Youth Support Worker

Anthony is a BA(hons) degree qualified Youth and Community worker who has over 8 years experience of working with hard to reach children and young people. Anthony has overcome past experiences that arguably also affect many young people today and has experienced and overcome many of the obstacles that discourage young people from achieving. He has experience of working with 8-19 year olds from a variety of backgrounds with an understanding of the needs and issues surrounding them and the difficulties they may face.​

Suk Bahra

Project Manager

Suk has worked for leading training providers for 29 years all her positions have been customer focused and she is passionate about making a difference to individual lives. Suk joined a Youth Training Scheme at the age of 17 on completion of work experience was employed as a tutor and discovered she had a natural flair for supporting learners to achieve. This was the start of a successful career utilising her skills as a manager and talent for customer relationships. She is proud to say her working life has been varied and challenging at times which has contributed to making Suk a strong leader. Suk enjoys meeting people and is a firm believer in that it is never to too late to start learning and improving yourself.  

Dwayne Jacobs

Dwayne is an experienced Employment Consultant who has worked on various welfare to work contracts  with the Department of Work and Pensions. He has over 12 years experience working with the long term unemployed from various ages and is passionate about mentoring and supporting young people progress and make a difference in their lives. 

Amanda Murray (ACMA)

Finance Director

Amanda is a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA) with a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex. Amanda volunteers her time providing Finance support and advice and specialises in Financial Reporting, Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Group and Statutory reporting. Amanda currently works for RELX Group (top 100 Ftse) as a Senior Group Accountant, where she has been since 2001.

As a mother of four children, Amanda is passionate about education and giving young people the best possible opportunities in life.
