WHAT WE DO
MENTORING IN SCHOOLS
Through our Mentoring Programme in schools where young people have been identified as at risk of becoming NEET, we aim to partner with the schools to keep the young people engaged in education through one to one support sessions and group work.
For those where mainstream education is not working, The Write Time runs a small independent school in Croydon. We take pride in engaging the hardest to reach students in education and offer a package of pastoral care, personal development and quality teaching.
The Write Time offers a range of courses for adults who are unemployed or who want to get back to work. In addition, we also offer CV writing and interview techniques to boost confidence when applying for jobs and to succeed in interviews.
The Write Time offers a range of courses to support young people to achieve qualifications as well as offers guidance to help them find a job.
At The Write Time, we run a variety of team building and group workshops either as part of our programmes or as a bespoke event. We strongly believe that these activities are an effective way of strengthening the mindset of working as a team and this is part of our staff annual training.
